You may request closure of your 786app Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus Balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. 786app reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts and to close accounts that have been dormant for a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive months, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

Any account identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance cancelled, and 786app reserves the right to close such accounts and withhold associated winnings.
A bet or wager placed on the 786app Platform is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number has been issued. 786app reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on events where a clear pricing error has occurred or where suspicious betting patterns have been detected.
786app reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or prices due to technical errors, data feed failures, or human input errors. Where bets are voided under this provision, the stake will be returned to the User's Real Money Balance in full.
In the event that a sporting fixture or event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the timeframe specified in 786app's sport-specific rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the applicable sport rules. PSL and cricket-specific rules are published in the sportsbook section of the Platform and are updated ahead of each season.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 786app's international operating jurisdiction.
